    • Planting Instructions (from a 3.5" pot):

      1. Select a sunny location with well-drained soil

      2. Dig a hole twice as wide and slightly deeper than the root ball

      3. Place the plant with the crown (where leaves meet roots) just below the soil surface

      4. Backfill, firm the soil gently, and water thoroughly

      5. Space plants 18–24 inches apart for good air circulation

      6. Water regularly during the first growing season; reduce once established

      7. Deadhead spent blooms and remove old foliage to encourage new growth
