Bandolero Pink Lantana (Lantana camara ‘Bandolero Pink’) is a bold, sun-loving perennial that produces clusters of vivid blooms from spring until frost. Its blossoms open in cheerful shades of pink, often with yellow or orange accents, creating a lively, multicolored effect that stands out in garden beds and containers. Part of the Bandolero series, this variety is known for its larger growth habit and abundant flowers, making it ideal for mass plantings or as a bright focal point in landscapes. Highly heat- and drought-tolerant, it’s a reliable choice for low-maintenance gardens that attract pollinators all season long.

    • Drought Tolerance: Excellent once established; thrives in hot, dry conditions.

Planting Instructions (from a 3.5" pot into the ground):

    1. Timing: Plant in spring after the last frost has passed.

    2. Location: Choose a sunny spot with well-drained soil.

    3. Preparation: Dig a hole twice the width of the pot and just as deep.

    4. Planting: Remove the plant from its pot, gently loosen roots, and place it in the hole so the crown is level with the soil surface.

    5. Backfill: Replace soil, firm gently, and water thoroughly.

    6. Spacing: Allow 18–24 inches between plants for proper air circulation and mature spread.

    7. Aftercare: Water consistently for the first few weeks until established. Once mature, reduce watering—lantana prefers drier conditions. Deadhead spent blooms to encourage continuous flowering.
