Planting Instructions (From a 3.5" Pot into the Ground)

1. Choose the Location

• Select a shaded or partially shaded location with rich, well-drained soil.
• Ideal for woodland gardens, shaded borders, and under trees.

2. Prepare the Soil

• Loosen soil 8–10 inches deep.
• Mix in compost or organic matter to improve fertility and moisture retention.

3. Dig the Hole

• Dig a hole twice as wide as the 3.5" pot and equal depth.

4. Remove from Pot

• Gently remove the plant and loosen any circling roots.

5. Plant

• Position the root ball level with the surrounding soil surface.
• Backfill and firm soil gently.

6. Water

• Water thoroughly after planting.
• Keep soil evenly moist during establishment and active growth.

7. Spacing

• Space plants 18–24 inches apart for mature growth and airflow.

Seasonal Care & Maintenance
