Planting Instructions (From a 3.5" Pot into the Ground)
1. Choose the Location
- Select a sunny location with excellent drainage.
- Ideal for xeriscapes, herb gardens, rock gardens, and drought-tolerant landscapes.
2. Prepare the Soil
- Loosen soil 8–10 inches deep.
- Add sand or gravel if needed to improve drainage.
3. Dig the Hole
- Dig a hole twice as wide as the 3.5" pot and equal depth.
4. Remove from Pot
- Carefully remove the plant and gently loosen any circling roots.
5. Plant
- Position the root ball slightly above surrounding soil level if drainage is poor.
- Backfill with well-draining soil and firm gently.
6. Water
- Water thoroughly after planting.
- Water sparingly once established, allowing soil to dry between waterings.
7. Spacing
- Space plants 3–5 feet apart to accommodate mature growth and airflow.
